Review on 2017 SAIF MF Men's Day
On the evening of November 10th, MF17 held a tea party to celebrate Men's Day in classroom 403. The organizing committee offered the class a bunch of surprising and delighting class activities, along with pizza and beverages after a day of exhaustive learning.
Pizza and beverages, voted on by students, were highly appreciated by everyone at the party.
The first session of the party was "dorm-to-dorm dating", which meant that each boys' dorm was randomly matched with a girls' dorm for a fun group date . Each group was offered a special "dating allowance" from the committee. Representatives from each dorm, who were responsible for drawing their match, were all excited to see who they would be paired with.
Following the drawing was "who's little who", where all of the students tried to guess whose baby picture was being shown on the projector. It drew everyone's attention since the winners were awarded a prize. Multiple answers were given by the students for each picture and there was plenty of laughter to go around. The cute side of the boys from MF17 was "exposed" completely in this session, and the students all got to know each other better.
Childhood pictures of the boys were shown on the screen.
Next, the committee designed a series of interesting interactive games. For example, a simulated love confession between a randomly chosen boy and a girl, two people feeding each other a bite of cake, boys carrying girls on their back while passing through foot press board etc. These games served as funny warm-up activities. In addition, the sweetness and kindness of a boy could be easily shown in the activities, which surprised a lot of students who may not have known that much about each other.

The party ended with "a bag full of letters from anonymous girls". Girls expressed their greetings to boys by sending anonymous letters. Boys were all moved when they received their letters, leaving us wondering what was written.
Gifts were not enough to show the life-long friendship among the students. Let's say "Happy Men's Day" again to all the boys from MF17. May you stay the young men in the bottom of our heart forever and always!
