Dr. Zhou is the founder, Chairman, and CEO of Huifu Payment Ltd. His research areas include payment and financial technology, enterprise digital transformation, system architecture, and software engineering.

Dr. Zhou has been deeply involved in the payment industry for over 30 years. He participated in the construction of the Golden Card Project, led the construction and operation of the UnionPay online payment gateway, promoted the acquiring channel expansion model, and innovated multiple industry solutions. He has profound insights and successful practices in financial technology and digitalization. He created the first domestic payment PaaS platform, DouGong, promoting the co-construction of a digital ecosystem between payment and software. Under his leadership, Huifu Payment became the first listed payment company in China, won the Shanghai Financial Innovation Award four times, and was listed among the "Top 100 Comprehensive Strength Internet Companies in China" for four consecutive years.

Dr. Zhou has been honored as a leading talent in Shanghai, twice named one of Shanghai's Top Ten Financial Innovation Figures, and serves as an executive director of the Shanghai New Finance Research Institute, a part-time professor at the Shanghai National Accounting Institute, and a member of the first International Advisory Board of Fudan International School of Finance.
