Professor Hui Xie is an Affiliate Professor at Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF), and a researcher at the Corporate Finance Research Center of the China Academy of Financial Research (CAFR) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and the Executive Deputy Director of the Science and Innovation Finance Center at the Shanghai Advanced Institute for Financial Research. Professor Xie is the founder of "RongYi IPO" and a founding partner of "Yu Quan Capital". Professor Xie is also the author of 《Winning in IPO》 and an expert in corporate capital strategy. Professor Xie serves as the Executive Dean of the China Capital Research Institute in Hong Kong. Professor Xie is an alumna of the Global Executive Scholars (GES) program at SAIF. She has been a visiting scholar at W. P. Carey School of Business，Arizona State University.

Previously, Professor Xie served as the General Manager of China Business for the International Finance Group at Changiiang Securities International Financial Group Limited and an Executive Director of Investment Banking. She participated in the IPOs of companies such as China Re Group, Huixin Micro-Credit, Leon Inspection, Optics Valley Union, and Wei Chi Holdings. Professor Xie is also a listing consultant for several companies including A-share Yuandong Biology and Yunxingyu, and has planned corporate capital strategies for more than 30 companies. Before entering the securities industry, Professor Xie also has served in companies such as China United Travel Co., Ltd. (SSE 600358) and China Travel Service (HK) Asset Management Co., Ltd., responsible for marketing and investment.
