    Macroeconomics, Household Finance, Fintech, Data Asset, and ESG.

Dr. Bingbing Dong is a Term Associate Professor at the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Prior to joining SAIF in 2020, Professor Dong served as an assistant professor at the Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE).

Professor Dong's research interests include macroeconomics, household finance, fintech, data assets and ESG. He has published more than 10 high-standard international articles in journals such as China & World Economy, International Review of Financial Analysis, Journal of Financial Research, and International Economic Review. His research has been supported by the National Natural Science Foundation and the Humanities and Social Science Youth Fund of the Ministry of Education.

At SAIF, Professor Dong teaches courses in "Macroeconomics" and "Monetary Theory and Policy." His teaching style is described as clear, informative, relaxed, and witty—widely praised by students.

In addition to his roles at SAIF, Professor Dong is a Researcher at the China Academy of Finance Research (CARF) Center for Macro Finance and a Lecturer for the Chartered Global Fintech (CGFT) Second Level program.
