Class Inaugurated for the China Enterprise Overseas Training Program in Indonesia

From January 22nd to January 28th, the inaugural class of the China Enterprise Overseas Training Program convened in Jakarta. This program, jointly organized by the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF), the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Indonesia (FEB UI), and the Attorney Association of Indonesia (AAI), aims to distill best practices for Chinese enterprises venturing abroad. The focus areas include internationalization, cross-cultural management, and country-specific laws and regulations. The ultimate goal is to empower Chinese companies to successfully expand into international markets.

Sessions were co-led by Professors Jie Hu (SAIF Southeast Asia Center Professor of Practice and Executive Director) and Bingbing Dong (FEB UI Assistant Professor). A special lecture was delivered by Dr. Chaikal Nuryakin, Head of FEB UI's Institute for Economic and Social Research (LPEM). The program also incorporated site visits, expert exchanges between lecturers and participants, roundtable discussions, and educational forums. Through intensive interaction, participants gained a deeper understanding of the Indonesian market across education, legal, business, and other dimensions.
