Prof. Chen Hong and Prof. Zhang Anmin of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF) were among the most cited Chineser researchers, according to a list of Most Cited Chinese Researchers in 2016 published by Elsevier recently. This proves once again the powerful research strength and originality of the SAIF faculty.

The list of Most Cited Chinese Researchers is based on Elsevier’s Scopus Database of. Scopus, the world's largest database of peer-reviewed academic papers, which makes it possible to analyze and rate scholars as it provides mass information about literature, authors and research institutes related to scientific research.
This year, 1,776 researchers in 38 disciplines from 227 Chinese institutions were included in the list, 79 of whom come from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
