Dr. Mengyi Zhang is an Assistant Academic Research Fellow at the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Dr. Zhang's research interests lie in the fields of organizational behavior and organization management, particularly focusing on proactive behavior and adaptive processes within the context of organizational change and development. Her specific research areas include employee voice, creativity and innovation, and individual and team adaptation. Dr. Zhang is also interested in studying organizational error management and the use and impact of artificial intelligence in the workplace. Grounded in organizational phenomena, her research aims to integrate academic theory with management practice, striving to produce impactful research in the field of organizational management.
